At ProblemShared, our mission as a healthcare provider is to promote and protect the health and wellbeing of the people we support. This commitment is reflected not only in our clinical practice but also in the way we operate as an organisation. Central to this is our zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery in all its forms, and our commitment to conducting our work with the highest standards of ethics, respect, and integrity.
This statement, prepared in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, outlines the steps we have taken and are continuing to take at ProblemShared during the financial year ending 31 October 2026 to prevent modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.
ProblemShared is the trading name of Teledoctor Limited, a UK-based digital healthcare provider. We provide access to mental health and neurodevelopmental care through a digital platform, enabling individuals to access professional support remotely.
Our services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals supported by multidisciplinary teams and digital infrastructure. Through our model of care, we partner with a range of organisations, including NHS ICBs and Trusts, insurers, occupational health providers, employers and Universities, to improve access to high-quality clinical care and wellbeing support.
Our operations are based within the United Kingdom, and our workforce includes employees and engaged professionals who are required to operate in accordance with applicable professional, legal and ethical standards.
Our supply chain comprises a range of suppliers and third-party service providers who support both the delivery of our services and the broader operation of our business. These partners provide technology and digital infrastructure, professional and advisory services, recruitment and operational support, and other essential business functions that enable the effective delivery of our platform and clinical services.
While the nature of our business means our direct exposure to modern slavery risks is relatively low, we recognise that such risks can exist within any supply chain. We therefore work to engage suppliers who share our commitment to ethical behaviour and responsible employment practices, with our Supplier Code of Conduct serving as an indicative reference point.
We maintain policies and procedures designed to promote ethical conduct, responsible business practices, and prevention of modern slavery across the organisation.
These include:
Together, these policies establish the standards expected of employees, contractors and suppliers working with or on behalf of ProblemShared.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and expect the same high standards from those with whom we work. To support this, we apply due diligence processes when engaging both individuals and suppliers to help ensure lawful, ethical, and responsible working practices.
Our recruitment and engagement procedures are designed to ensure that individuals working with ProblemShared do so voluntarily and in accordance with relevant employment legislation and professional standards. Appropriate checks are undertaken to confirm an individual's right to work and, where necessary, verify qualifications and professional registrations.
We apply proportionate and risk-based due diligence processes when engaging suppliers, with a particular focus on those providing outsourced or labour-based services. Where appropriate, we may seek written assurances regarding compliance with applicable laws and responsible employment practices, including expectations relating to the prevention of modern slavery. These measures help support our efforts to work with suppliers whose practices align with our standards for ethical and responsible business conduct.
We recognise that awareness and understanding play an important role in preventing modern slavery. Our employees receive guidance and training appropriate to their roles to help ensure they understand our expectations around ethical conduct and responsible business practices. This includes awareness of safeguarding responsibilities, relevant compliance requirements, and the mechanisms available for raising concerns where necessary.
We are committed to continually reviewing and strengthening our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. Our policies and procedures are subject to periodic review and are supported by internal governance processes designed to promote compliance and identify areas for improvement. Through these measures, we aim to ensure that our approach remains proportionate, effective, and aligned with evolving legal, regulatory, and best-practice expectations.
This statement has been approved by the Chief Executive Officer of ProblemShared and published on our website in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to reviewing and updating it each year to reflect our ongoing efforts to prevent modern slavery.
Signed
