Careers

We're building a workplace where your differences make the difference

We’re building a team of people who care deeply about making support for mind health more accessible, equitable, and human.

Whether you're clinical, creative, operational or strategic - this is your invitation to help reimagine what care can be.

How we work

Our values shape how we show up

We're a values-led organisation - and we mean that. We're growing fast, solving hard problems, and figuring things out together, but we never forget our foundational values.

People first, always.

We centre our support around the person. We provide personalised care, shaping each journey to the individual. And we lead with kindness, for both our clients and our teams.

Excellence is our standard.

Our clinical approach, tech platforms, and team culture are all shaped by rigour, safety, and excellence. We hold ourselves accountable to those we serve, always striving for outcomes that make a meaningful difference.

Progress made together.

No single person or solution can fix a system - but collaboration can. We're rapidly expanding, always innovating, and creating opportunities for clinicians and colleagues to grow with us.

Mark Winwood - Director of Clinical Services

"Neurodiversity describes the natural differences in how people’s brains work, process information, and experience the world. With the right support, neurodivergent people can harness their skills and better manage their challenges. But without awareness or understanding, getting that support can be difficult. That’s where we come in!"

Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

There's a place here for every kind of brilliant.

Neuroaffirming by design

We celebrate original thinking

You shouldn’t have to mask to do meaningful work. We take a social model approach to neurodiversity - recognising that barriers are built by systems, not by people. That’s why we design our processes for diverse communication and thinking styles. Here, your true self is your greatest asset.

Disability confident

You’re not the one who needs to adapt

Accessibility is built in to how we operate. We work from home and provide reasonable adjustments, consulting with disabled team members and working with specialists to constantly improve how we do things. From application and recruitment to onboarding, we're always asking: how can this process be more accessible for everyone?

Inclusion, always.

Everyone is welcome here

We actively work to make our team more equitable across race, gender, class and beyond. We uplift underrepresented voices, examine our biases, and build policies that reflect the world we want - not just the one we have. Inclusion isn’t a box we tick, it’s a responsibility we carry.
