Personal Statement

I am an accredited and experienced counsellor working with both adults, counsellors. young people and children. I offer a supportive and confidential space to explore issues that are causing you any concern. My main approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person Centred, working in an Integrative way by providing different therapies, styles and techniques to suit your individual needs. I have a particular interest in parent counselling and offer Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). I am also passionate about supporting adults experiencing difficulties with Dyslexia. For primary school aged children I offer Play Therapy which provides a way for Children to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process. I offer long and short term counselling and there is NO obligation or expectation; after the first session it's up to you.
