Personal Statement

My focus is on building the therapeutic relationship allowing for Empathy, Compassion and working to connect to the heartfelt self, ( as a way of connecting to the wider world) is I believe the foundation to a healthy sense of self.

I create a safe place to explore desires, needs and the fears that may lie beneath. I am a trained yoga instructor and harnesses my intuition and therapeutic training, to work with all clients as individuals. I have a wealth of experience working in bereavement underpinned by specialist training. I speak English and conversational Spanish, and I have worked for an International Mental Health Charity, as well as with young people.

I work in areas of therapy including: - Bereavement, Young people (16 Yrs. up), Low Mood, Anxiety, Stress, family/relationship Issues, depression, Life’s transitions and low self Esteem among others.
