Welcome! I am a Counselling Psychologist and an accredited member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCP). I offer online, high-quality therapeutic sessions for a range of common emotional concerns with kindness, compassion and respect.
I am trained in specialist therapeutic modalities such as Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy. My approach to therapy is tailor-made and integrative so it can suit your individual needs and circumstances.
I have extensive experience working on an international level with clients from a wide variety of cultures and ethnicities. Over the years, I have supported adults suffering from a range of psychological difficulties to explore recurring patterns and feelings that lead to emotional distress, learn to treat themselves with compassion, build resilience, and find inner peace.
