Personal Statement

I work with the whole person as an integrative therapist, within a humanistic approach. I believe we are all different, and what works in one situation may not be the best way for another.

I believe that we all have within ourselves the capacity to grow, heal and mend parts of ourselves that life may have damaged. As a therapist, my clients can expect a good therapeutic relationship where healing or support through something which they find hard will take place.
