Personal Statement

I believe in the importance of having someone to freely talk to who we can trust to listen, be honest, accepting and compassionate towards us to help us get through difficult times when we feel we cannot manage on our own or when we would like to explore and understand ourselves better. I offer this relational therapeutic support, full presence for you to feel heard, seen and understood in a safe space where you can explore what is unsettling you and how to move forward to live the life you desire.
