Personal Statement
I can offer a safe, confidential and reassuring space to talk about how you are feeling and help you manage anxiety and depression. A lack of self-confidence, and poor self esteem can cause stress, anxiety and sadness as well as causing relationship problems. My approach is to help you to find constructive pathways to address and manage these problems. There is no agenda, and no pressure and completely non-judgemental. Over the course of your sessions I will help you manage your emotions and to become aware of unconscious thoughts that might be driving unhelpful and distressing feelings, creating anxiety and low mood. You will be able to make links between seemingly unrelated thoughts, feelings and experiences which will help in finding a way though this difficult period.
