Personal Statement

As a fully qualified integral psychotherapist, I use a wide range of techniques and theories when working with clients on a one to one basis. This means I attend to the whole person, their perceptions, thoughts, feelings and physical experience working as a whole.

My approach to therapy is based on non-judgement, trust and respect and is relational in that I believe, most if not all, psychological distress stems from the quality of our relationships, past and present.
