Personal Statement

As an experienced professional Integrative Counsellor I utilise a combination of approaches to provide bespoke therapeutic solutions drawn from the Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Humanistic Approaches. I’m qualified to work with adults, adolescents and children.

Together, we will work to identify the therapeutic techniques that are best suited to your own individual style and needs. We will then use these techniques to explore and understand your personal circumstances with the view to discovering or identifying resolutions that enable you to move towards your own personal goals and aspirations.
