Personal Statement
I understand the importance of creating a safe and confidential atmosphere that promotes a non-judgmental attitude. My goal is to provide a space where you can comfortably explore your emotions and feelings, leading to the easing of pain and discomfort, ultimately allowing for clear decision making in your everyday life tasks. Reaching out for support takes great deal of courage and can be quite daunting at first, however after the first few minutes into the session, you will find easing into the session and nerves will start to relax.
