Special interest areas

I have a special interest in counselling and supporting survivors of domestic violence and abuse and am also a trained couples counsellor and specialise in counselling couples online. As a trained Cruse Bereavement counsellor, one of my passions and area of specific interest is in helping clients cope and manage loss, grief and bereavement .

As a qualified and experienced counsellor I am here to listen, support and help you through any  difficulties you or your family might be facing. I offer compassionate, confidential and non-judgmental counselling in a safe space where we can explore the changes you would like to make in your life. Working with adult individuals I have an extensive range of experience and training in many areas.
