Personal Statement

I work short term and open-ended, online and with adults. My approach is integrative with a focus on Attachment. This means that, as part of the process, you will gain a more sophisticated understanding of your attachment style, which I view vital to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others. During the first meetings, you will be welcome to talk about various aspects of yourself: Your own culture, current or past experiences, relationships, your work, your childhood, your significant figures whilst growing up, your values and events that have been important In your life. This will give me a sense of who you are and the best approach to help you with your presenting difficulty.
