Special interest areas

Over 22 years I have worked with individual adults with a range of issues from approaching adulthood, through to middle age, to end of life, with its joys and losses; life transitions, relationships, work, retirement and how we can better navigate these often turbulent and challenging places.

Personal Statement

I listen deeply to meet you where you are ...and to what is wanting to be known.  I hold a safe and supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore and relate with what is troubling you.  It can be surprising what can emerge when we can let our guard down and drop deeper.  A we do we may feel our resistance or reluctance.  Exploring these edges and held places can be hugely transformative and take us to a deeper truth within.
