Special interest areas

I work with adults of all genders and sexualities who have a strong inner critic, who feel like they don’t belong, or feel empty inside. The people I work with have often been in, or may still be in, relationships where they can’t safely express themselves authentically or be fully themselves for fear of upsetting or angering their partner .

Personal Statement

Your authenticity, your innate wisdom and your power are already intact within you.

At some point, probably very early in life, you lost contact with your true self, your natural authenticity.

Recovery from trauma and emotional pain is a process of finding or reconnecting with your true self, with your natural authenticity.

I hold space for you – a space of deep listening – in which the process of healing trauma and connecting with your authenticity can happen in a way and at a pace that’s right for you.

I usually begin each session with a short grounding (paying attention to sounds and/or sensations) and inviting you to check in with yourself (seeing what is present for you). I will invite you to share what you need from the session and from there we will move into dialogue.
