Personal Statement

I am an Integrative therapist which means that I am able to draw on a combination of theoretical frameworks, using a range of techniques which are person centred and best support your needs. My training allows me to use solution focused approaches such as CBT and hypnotherapy.

Therapy may be on a short or long term basis, where together we can explore your problems and feelings to help you to make necessary changes in your life or work through past pain. You will be encouraged to set your own goals for therapy, where you can make decisions about what is right for you.

I will provide a caring, warm and non-judgemental environment so that you may feel heard and understood. This support may help you better understand your emotions, explore your options and find new ways to cope so that you feel better about the future.
