Personal Statement
When it comes to relationships, do you find it hard to say no to people? Do you find yourself doing all the heavy lifting, but feel people often take you for granted? Or do you feel left out, lonely and resentful?
Now imagine yourself...
Saying no to people without feeling guilty
Being clear and firm with other people about how you feel
Being open and honest about how you feel, without worrying about their response.
Let me show you how I can help:
I remember how I used to feel deeply unhappy in my relationships. I came to realise, a main contributing factor was that fundamentally, I didn’t approve of, or accept myself. I am happy with my relationships now, because through therapy, I learnt how to listen to myself and accept me for who I am. I now help people with similar issues.
