I am Wenna, and I help anxious people take back control of their lives.

Anxiety used to be my second name, I was living with anxiety most of my life. I remembered I used to lose sleep worrying about tomorrow and had real trouble relaxing/ switching off.

It was life-changing for me when I realised that thoughts can’t hurt me, and when I learn how to live in the here and now.

I am in a much better place, through therapy, I learnt how to manage my worry and anxiety, to live life to it’s fullest. I now am dedicated to helping people with similar issues.

I know when you are not sure what is wrong, it's easy to want to bury your head in the sand and hope things will get better, but when left, things often get worse.

If you want to make a change but not sure how, I can help, I aim to work collaboratively with you so that together we can explore how to move your life forward in a positive way.

You can change and grow through this, you deserve peace and happiness just like anyone else.
