I have particular experience in working with young adults who present with depression, anxiety and self esteem issues .
I am an experienced therapist offering humanistic integrative counselling to match your specific needs.
Integrative Counselling draws on mainstream theoretical perspectives, integrating knowledge and skills from different therapies. This includes psychodynamic, person cantered, gestalt,T A, Existential and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Finding the most suitable approach for your unique personality is important so that we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. The first session is our assessment session which will help us to identify together how to work on your issues.
My practice pays attention to how past experiences might be acted out in the present, and how this relates to yourself and others. I will be warm, open, attuned, genuine and responsive in our sessions. I will aim to create and strengthen connection with yourselves and others by identifying, interpreting and working through key moments with you in an empathetic manner.
