Personal Statement
I work alongside the person who learns to use their own resources in addressing their issues. In focused, brief work there is a set of agreed aims which shapes the process. In longer therapy the emphasis is on developing awareness and working with the person's experience to acquire insights into what is emerging and suggesting a way forwards for the individual.
