Personal Statement

I have worked as a therapist since 2002, being with each client as they explore their thoughts and feelings in their own time. Offering the client different types of approaches to suit the clients needs. These can be person centred and focused around the clients feeling and exploring, while being in the moment. Alternatively, if the client wants to work in a solution focused approach to resolve a possible situation they are currently going through or been living with for sometime. This can include tasks to complete in between sessions.
