Personal Statement

Hi, I’m Tracy, an accredited Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor.

Experiencing feelings of being invisible, unimportant, low in mood or motivation, stuck and general dissatisfaction can all be signs that you may need some support to navigate your problems.

I work with a wide variety of issues which include anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger, depression, feeling sad, bullying, stress, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, bereavement and suicidal thoughts. I am here to listen and help you to explore difficulties, painful experiences, in a warm, safe space that is confidential, empathic and non-judgemental.

I specialise in baby and child loss/bereavement, I feel passionately about breaking the taboo around infant death and supporting families after baby/child loss and through subsequent pregnancies. Going through life after your baby or child has died may often leave you feeling isolated and alone.

Our initial meeting is an opportunity for you to discuss what brings you to counselling and for me to explain how I work. I offer short and long term therapy to suit your needs.
