Special interest areas

I specialise in the treatment of anxiety disorders.

Personal Statement

I use Hypnotherapy and CBT, which I have found to be the most powerful and speedy treatment for most difficulties.

We start with an assessment session, if this goes well, we can agree to regular sessions. We test weekly to see if there is an improvement and to ensure therapy is effective and worthwhile.
