Personal Statement

I am an Integrative Counsellor providing person-centred counselling to address issues of emotional wellbeing affected by experiences in the present and past.

I draw on psychodynamic theories to explore the past, which may be impacting the present feelings, behaviour and emotions. I use different techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) such as worksheets, to address presenting issues and reinforce strategies learnt and coaching which enables clients to develop personal goals through techniques such as GROW.

Together we will develop a therapy relationship which is personal and unique and enables you to move between emotional and goal orientated issues.
