Personal Statement

The approach that I use is based upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interwoven with Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy. This approach is aimed to help you to understand your difficulties and will guide you towards thinking and behaving in a way that leads you to feel more at ease with yourself and able to live a happy and more enjoyable life.

I typically offer an average of 6 sessions to begin with, and we can spend as much or as little time from there as you need.
