Personal Statement

With over 15 years’ experience in different settings; I now only work online and by phone. After many years living in the UK, I'm now in the Netherlands.

I believe we all innately have the solutions to our problems and by having the opportunity to talk things through with an independent person, we can navigate to where we want our lives to be more easily. My sessions are focused not only on identifying patterns and beliefs from the past but also how you can live and work well now. I can hold a safe space for the darkest of times and share the lighter moments of therapy too.

I have experience of working with young people and adults going through various issues including depression, anxiety, relationship and family problems, life events and changes, bullying, bereavement, childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and having worked in many settings I well understand the sometimes difficult dynamics of business life, career and home.
