Special interest areas

I have a lot of experience working with people affected by sexual abuse, rape and domestic abuse. More recently I have experience of working with employee wellbeing, burnout, stress and difficult dynamics at work.

Personal Statement

People deserve to feel GOOD about themselves and free to make the life choices they need or want to. This is why I became a Counsellor.

Person-Centred Therapy means looking together at what is going on for you and ways to help you address these issues and feel better about your present and future.

I LOVE to help people reveal, or be reminded of, their unique strengths and wisdom so you can feel more confident and compassionate to yourself in tough times.

Over my 16 years as a Counsellor, I have worked in different time frames; from single session, one at a time settings to longer term recovery work.

Whether something from the past is holding you back, you feel stuck or coping with a crisis, talking with an experienced independent professional can really help find a way through.
