Special interest areas

I work with young people, families, couples and adults across a range of difficulties/mental health needs. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help you achieve strong mental health & personal growth.

Personal Statement

I am warm and passionate about my work, and endeavour to provide an authentic, realistic approach to your needs. I strive to collaborate with my clients, and view my clients as the experts on their needs. I complete a detailed person history in the first sessions, followed by a formulation (psychological summary) of the client's needs. We then agree a plan for future work. I also clarify the limits of this work including privacy matters & risk.
