Special interest areas

Personal Statement
I provide both short term (6-20 sessions) as well as long term therapy.
All sessions are client led and my role is to provide clients with space to explore, reflect on their lives, relationships, emotions, feelings or thought processes (be it conscious or unconscious material) in a empathetic, non-judgemental and congruent manner.
My approach is to treat individual clients holistically, as I feel that mind/body and spiritual aspects combine to inform a person’s whole psyche.
