Personal Statement

CBT is based on identifying problematic cycles and finding new ways to respond and think about the problems we are faced with, to move forward and feel better.

I will work with you to look at the factors in your learning history that influence your thinking and reactions to stress. With this knowledge we can address the areas you want to look at and offer opportunities to find solutions to the problems you face.

I like to work in a flexible way, discussing what matters to you and when I pull on psychological theory, I endeavour to always ensure it resonates with your experience in a helpful way.
