Personal Statement

Through doctoral training in clinical psychology and years of working in the NHS I have completed extensive training and experience in the delivery of evidence-based psychological therapies for a range of difficulties.

I am trained in various therapeutic models which I use in my work including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR).
