Personal Statement
I am an Accredited CBT therapist with qualifications in ACT therapy. I started my career by working on acute mental health wards. Since then I have worked for several charities, including 7 years for MIND.
For a period of 2 years I travelled regularly to Switzerland to work as a Life Coach to the employees of a successful start-up bank. In 2015 I re-joined the NHS as a dedicated full time CBT therapist. Since then I have specialised in long term health conditions and running ACT workshops for people suffering from the psychological impact of living with such conditions.
I am extremely passionate about working with my clients, who have continued to aid me in my knowledge through their individual experiences. I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with many more people. With the hope that I can help you to move forward with your lives.
