Personal Statement

I practice a style of therapy which is focused on moving forward with your life while acknowledging and working through what has happened.  I deliver lots of tools and use psychological techniques that will be tailored to your needs.  CBT will give you a model and process that can be used in all aspects of your life.  I combine this with psychodynamic therapy which will help to heal the traumas from the past.

My style of therapy is warm, open and will be structured to your needs.  I aim to demystify counselling and will explain how psychological change happens so that eventually you become your own therapist.
