Special interest areas

I have worked in a wide variety of clients, of different ages and backgrounds. I feel that it is the person I work with, not just the issues themselves, that needs focusing on. By working with the client, and tailoring the sessions to best suit them, I feel that a person's issues can be best worked through. I find that I work with allot of existential issues, and can also focus on problem solving and moving a client forward into their lives. .

Personal Statement

My foundations are in person centred therapy, this means that the client (the person) is the expert and knows what they need, I'm more of a guide to help you find your own way. The session will start with us going through your issues, and how you'd like to be, moving forward. We'll go through different techniques to use our sessions, and between us we can come up with the best way forward together. Sometimes we may have to go back, into your past, in order for you to let things go, and then move forward. I offer a safe environment for you to explore everything you need to.
