Personal Statement

My way of working is psychodynamic which involves thinking about the link between past and present experiences. Sometimes we can feel stuck in painful, repetitive patterns in our relationships or generally feel deeply unhappy but not understand why. By exploring your thoughts and feelings together and thinking about how these are related to your past, I aim to help you make sense of what is causing you difficulties in your life.

Our sessions together would begin by me listening carefully and working with whatever you bring at your own pace. I will help you think about and identify what it is you would like to work through in our sessions.
