Personal Statement

Living life can be complex and it often takes courage to open up to others. Sometimes speaking to friends and family is a good place to begin and sometimes more is needed. Working with the right counsellor – feeling a connection through being understood – is key.

I have provided counselling support to people of all ages, different sexual orientation, and from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I have also worked with university students for 7 years. As your counsellor I help you to increase awareness of your issues. With this comes the possibility of thinking and feeling differently about yourself and your life, and making different choices going forwards.

I am an experienced, BACP accredited counsellor who approaches their work with warmth and sensitivity. Please get in touch for professional support with bringing about change to your life.
