Personal Statement

Terrifying, isn't it? Choosing a counsellor based on a photo and a short piece of self-promotion.... So why choose me? I saw my first client in 2007, and spent 3 years working in the NHS as a CBT practitioner, both in short-term intervention, and with those suffering from "deep and enduring mental health issues", before moving into private practice full-time. I am a Registered, Accredited counsellor with the BACP. So whatever your reason for thinking about therapy, you can be assured of a professional, yet friendly service, from an experienced and non-judgemental counsellor.
