Personal Statement

My approach has evolved to focus on Psychodynamic, Person-centred and Existential-Transpersonal theories as I believe these are best suited to my specialisms in the areas of addiction and existential life questions (the deeper meaning of life).

I welcome my clients to bring themselves into the session and can offer them the tool kit to choose from. I am interested in client wellbeing and finding his/her True self.
