Personal Statement
The relationship between the therapist and client is the most important thing in therapy. As a client I will help you get an understanding of whatever you are struggling with. This could be a relationship, family , work or friendships. We often get stuck in patterns of behaviour and need an awareness of these before we can change and move on. As a therapist I have worked with various organisations, including rape crisis, Barnardos, projekt 42, and health all round. I have been a police officer and have a degree in nutrition , along with years of experience in the beauty industry. I have a warm, engaging personality and am very straightforward and honest. I will interact with you in your sessions and won’t shy away from difficult topics.
