Special interest areas

At the moment my main interest is with complex, developmental and transgenerational trauma and I have completed certified training in Contemporary Trauma Practice with Miriam Taylor. My practice is mainly based on Gestalt therapy and Mindfulness practice (I am also a certified Mindfulness teacher). .

Personal Statement

Contemporary Gestalt therapy that I offer can provide a lively exploration of feelings and behavioural patterns through embodied experiments that are co-created between a client and a therapist. I work very creatively including movement, breath and posture and I might use art materials as well as other props to help with therapy process. In my practce I also use elements of Mindfulness to help clients recognise and integrate their bodily sensations with mind.
