I have worked extensively with clients of all ages individually or in small groups: more elderly clients, young people and students, survivors of trauma or abuse, those experiencing relationship difficulties, clients with learning disabilities, using a variety of therapeutic approaches. I also work with Capacitar wellness and empowerment techniques, finger-holds, guided meditation, integrating body, feelings, mind, sexuality and spirituality; healing the effects of trauma and abuse, developing self-awareness, self-esteem and self-realisation..
Personal Statement
I work with unconditional positive regard for my client, deeply empathising with you as you take steps on your journey, creating a safe space for you and remaining congruent and authentic. We will use a variety of wellbeing and healing techniques, which will help you to heal and unfold as a soul on a journey towards wholeness, which I believe is the goal of all my therapeutic work. I am particularly interested in working more with young people and students at this time, and in my years of practice I have worked with persons of all ages.
