I provide person-centred counselling. Person-centred counselling is focused on finding the unique solution for you. From time to time everyone struggle and together we can find a way forward that improves how you feel.

I work in a person-centred framework which allows for the focus to be on what you want to change. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to allow you to explore your emotions, thoughts and options.
