We all deserve Peace of mind, but sometimes things happen that can cause disharmony. When this is the case often all we need to get back on track is a safe place to share, and someone willing to listen. At Peace of Mind Counselling, I offer a high quality, safe, non-judgmental service to people from all walks of life. ​​​ I work in a non-directive, person-centered way, meaning I don't tell you what to do, I walk along side you on your journey, at your speed. My focus is to help you to heal and become more aware of your inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral, safe space, and listening to you. I promise to be there for you every step of the way. My goal is to help you grow stronger from your struggles, to heal your pain, and to move forward to where you want to be in your life. ​​​ I know it can be daunting taking those first steps to get help, but rest assured, you will be welcomed with a smile and a friendly voice.
