Personal Statement

I am a BACP accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. I work in a way which fully involves my clients in the process. I create a safe space for the exploration of thoughts and feelings. In sessions I pay attention to the past relationships as well as the current ones and I help clients find a way to feel less confused and more content with their lives.

I offer time-limited solution-focused counselling (I have an IAPT experience) as well as open-ended developmental and exploratory psychotherapy.

I invite you to contact me to discuss your therapeutic needs.
