Personal Statement

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Trainer with 15 years of experience working with both adults and children and draw from a range of Therapeutic techniques that are personalised to each individual client. Counselling can help you understand difficulties and confusing emotions that may feel overwhelming or are causing you concern so that you are able to choose how best to deal with them. I believe the relationship between clients and myself are very important, and counselling works best when you feel supported, heard and not judged enabling you to have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe environment. My aim is to support you and to enable you to move to a place where counselling is no longer required and giving you the tools to take with you when the counselling space is no longer needed.
