Special interest areas

I have a particular interest in working with clients who are struggling in their relationships (intimate, familial, or with self). We are wired for connection but aren't taught about how to be in relationships that feel aligned and are fulfilling. I believe that 'loving well is an art and getting there is a science'. I will support you to understand yourself better, process and heal past trauma through deconditioning, and get your needs fulfilled in your relationships.

Personal Statement

I'm an experienced International Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Coach, and I create a safe, supportive, nourishing, and empathetic environment.

I work in depth with clients to support you to make sense of your experiences and emotions so you can become unstuck. Working together, we will be able to heal old emotional wounds, uncover and understand patterns and behaviours that no longer serve you, and replace these with healthier and more aligned ways to respond that help you to move forward, empowering you to make lasting changes.

Therapy and Therapeutic Coaching has a profound and transformative impact on nearly every aspect of your life. If you’re feeling stuck, maybe because of feelings of anxiety, guilt, shame, or self-criticism, this can be the ideal way to work through these emotions. Making sense of your experiences and identifying areas for change is part of this process of inner exploration and it can be transformative, healing and freeing.
