Special interest areas

I have a particular interest in working with clients who are struggling in their relationships (intimate, familial, or with self). We are wired for connection but aren't taught about how to be in relationships that feel aligned and are fulfilling. I believe that 'loving well is an art and getting there is a science'. I'll support you to understand yourself better, process and heal past trauma through deconditioning, and get your needs fulfilled in your relationships. I am committed to providing culturally aware and racially informed therapy, valuing the importance of understanding and respecting each client's unique cultural background and journey. My own rich heritage with Pakistani roots and my diverse experiences living in Dubai, Canada, and the UK allows me to offer a practice that is not only sensitive to the unique cultural backgrounds of each client but also embraces and celebrates diversity in all its forms. Additionally, my keen interest and experience in working with neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD, enable me to understand and address the unique challenges and strengths my clients bring. I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients of all races, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and neurodiverse perspectives are supported with empathy and tailored strategies to navigate their relationships and the world around them..

Personal Statement

I'm an experienced International Psychotherapist, Coach, Consultant and Clinical Supervisor, and I co-create a safe, supportive, nourishing, and empathetic environment for healing and growth.
