Special interest areas

I have a particular interest in working with clients who are struggling in their relationship and/or marriage, by processing and healing past trauma through deconditioning and getting needs met.

Personal Statement

I'm an experienced integrative International Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Coach, and I create a safe, supportive, non-judgemental, and empathetic environment.

I work in depth with clients to support you to make sense of your experiences and emotions so you can become unstuck. Working together, we will be able to heal old emotional wounds, uncover and understand patterns and behaviours that no longer serve you, and replace these with healthier ways to respond that help you to move forward, empowering you to make lasting changes.

Therapy and Therapeutic Coaching has a profound and transformative impact on nearly every aspect of your life. If you’re feeling stuck, maybe because of feelings of guilt, shame, or self-criticism, this can be the ideal way to work through these emotions. Making sense of your experiences and identifying areas for change is part of this process of inner exploration and it can be transformative, healing and freeing.
