Personal Statement

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, accredited with the BACP, and with over 5000 clinical hours. I have been working since 2008 with individuals, couples, children and adolescents.

I incorporate a humanistic, integrative approach in my work to ensure the model of therapy I use supports your individual needs. My way of working is underpinned by person-centred theory. I provide a safe, supportive, confidential space in which we can look at the problems you are facing in a non-judgemental way.

My role is to help you find ways to better use your existing resources and skills to solve life's problems and to move towards achieving a greater sense of self-worth.
