Personal Statement

My therapy practice recognises the need to provide a calm, safe and boundaried space to talk about and explore anything that affects your quality of life or your ability to enjoy your experience of life and the people in it.

I am a humanistic practitioner able to work flexibly and individually based on your specific issues and needs. Every person I meet is different, whether they suffer from disordered eating, have experienced abuse or are labouring under PTSD. My approach to each person reflects their individuality as well as their issues.
