Personal Statement

For many years I have worked with people who have experienced unwanted life situations in particular sexual violation and long-term health issues, and I have helped them work through the emotional impact of these experiences leading to acceptance, increased freedom and peace.

Working together we will explore your concerns in a safe and calm environment where you can talk about what you’re going through without feeling judged or pressured. I will offer you my understanding, compassion, empathy, insight, and skills to help you question and reflect on your situation in a different way to help you feel more empowered and resilient.

I am a UKCP registered Existential Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 18 years of experience in the field, and have completed additional training for working online.
