Personal Statement

My core approach is person-centred however, my knowledge of different approaches and creative work have been helpful to clients, as well as help me adjust my work to individual needs. I offer a safe, confidential, empathic & non-judgmental space to explore what is troubling you. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an exceptional way of promoting change and bettering one's life and relationships.

My approach is also a relational one, as the therapeutic relationship that continually evolves is at the heart of it and healing can emerge through it. I facilitate exploration of what you bring, which in turn can be facilitated by "relational depth", a deep connection between therapist and client. I provide you with a supportive space and the necessary conditions to enhance the therapeutic process.I draw on a range of theoretical concepts to facilitate awareness of and connection to different parts of the self, your unmet needs and feelings arising from them.
