Personal Statement

My practice encompasses counselling and psychotherapy, coaching and clinical supervision. With experience in working to maximise therapeutic potential through focusing on what is important to you, I aim to provide a safe, confidential, warm, and non-judgmental space to helping you achieve what you want to achieve.

I work with an integrative systemic approach and with a solution focused approach. I integrate EMDR into my practice for the treatment of trauma. I work with both individuals and couples with the aim of enabling you to enhance the quality of your life and to live it more fully. Having the right person to talk to when you really need to talk can be a life changing experience.
