I have experience working with male, female, non-binary, and trans clients, as well as other members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have worked as an in-house counsellor at a drug and alcohol rehab center..
Personal Statement
I am a person-centred counsellor, this mean what you bring to the session is what we will talk about, regardless of the goals you have set; I am also integrative, which means I can utilise techniques, such as CBT or hypnosis, you ensure you have a truly tailored experience. I work with my clients by utilising their strengths to manage areas that can be developed, with a focus on self care and resilience.
